Per location, per month — each facility is a predictable line item. Tiers are sized by clinical users (the staff who create or co-sign clinical documentation) and, for Compliance Agent, by audit pages per month. Talk to us for a quote on your facility mix.
Who counts as a clinical user?
PT, OT, SLP, therapist assistants, social workers, nurses who document, and physicians — anyone who creates, reviews, or co-signs clinical documentation. Admin, billing, scheduling, and front-desk staff are always free, in unlimited numbers, on every tier.
What are audit pages and how many do we need?
One page of documentation analyzed by the Compliance Agent counts as one audit page. Caps are set generously: 4,000 pages/month (Pro) comfortably covers a high-turnover mid-size facility; 8,000 (Business) covers large, high-volume buildings. You’ll get alerts long before you approach the cap.
Can we buy just one product?
